EDIT: I just noticed i killed one goo
EDIT 2: I also noticed a bug.. the wall that you need to blast whit the bomb can't be seen.

I must be slow, took me a long time to maximise the goo count. OCD'ed this level 37 collected. Nice level.
There is a bug? (maybe two?). If the bomb is put at the screen edge of the platforms (match goo platform and/or ivy goo platform) and mouse button released it falls out of the bottom of the screen.

With a good strat, OCD is really easy on this level.
Here is OCD with, imo, least moves. Also made a 7 moves vid for 36 balls (no OCD possible without balloon), but I guess most people find this one more interesting:
