Nice balancing act.
OCD 30 balls is a bit low.
Collected 86 balls at the first try.
edit:Increased to 104 balls at the second try.

Cool First Level! It's something hard, but possible.
I collected ONLY 95 balls! And I think, in this level can collect more balls...

It just breaks after clicking the continue handle. The structure was stabilized by the pipes sucking, after the sucking stops everything collapse.
