Some days ago I visited the Kyle Gabler's portfolio and I found some music http://kylegabler.com/oldsite/contents/music/index.html . Some of them say things in English (20 years, Little Lizzy's Carnival Accident, Lance Banson Theme Song, Birth of Machine, Shut Up About Your Issues and Madame Fae Talle) and two of them say things in a rare language like Latin or Italian (Best of Times and Cementery Road). I found the lyrics of one, Best of Times in a page about an interview about the World of Goo soundtrack with Kyle:
"**What are the lyrics to the Chanting?
The singer of that section brought over some of her Italian music books, and we chose a bunch of single syllable sounds, strung them together, and sang them. The result is absolute nonsense, but the syllables are something like:
Splen Day Oo Nah Fah Chay Kay Lah

Someone here tried to figure out Best of Times lyrics a while ago, probably without seeing that interview. The best they could find was something like "splende una face cino na accende sta vicino", which I probably misspelled, meaning something like "one torch rises giving light to those who stand nearby". I'll try to find their post.
EDIT: Here it is. Yep, I misspelled it horribly.
I tried to translate it into Latin (Church pronunciation, classical latin lacks a "ch" sound) but didn't have any success.
