I can't upload newest version of PoG

For 2 days I'm trying to upload new version of Platforms of Goo, but every time it's only loading and returns to empty "upload file" (like when you try to upload too large file). Why it happens?
Specification:
Size: 11.2 MB (versions 10.4 and 9.7 MB [rar] failed too)
Type SFX zip arhive (extension .exe)
Organization: 1 folder with subfolders, 1 .exe file, 1 .txt file
Can you upload a totally different exe file? Like a copy of a previous version of PoG?

I uploaded new PooGLE just before first attept of uploading the game.
Zip version was danied too...
