Tonight, I will (hopefully) finish the next build. So far, (today) I've incorporated TinyXml and set up some variables. I'll upload it as soon as I've got the event-loader finished.
At the moment, I'm just barely setting up events. I'll do it in a way where I can easily do actions (like in flags like <flag action="[an action]" value="[action's value if any]" />) with a single line of code, allowing me to write the developer console with ease. You would only need to edit one function to add an action. (and its effects)
AP, if you would ever want to edit the code, feel free to request it. As soon as I set up what I said in the paragraph above this one, I'll give you the function's code so you can make actions like you have listed.
I know, but the program will read YL as XML. Same format. Nothing to convert.

Could you implement Noclip, Notarget, DevInventory (unlimited items), and God? Those would be easy to code once we have AIs, and useful for testing.
Another Planet finally has an official release! Download chapters 1 through 3 here! Thank you for waiting so long while I kept starting over.

I also made the file bin/option.txt do-able. Test new actions there!
