Do you have a firewall? That might block Goofans from connecting.

Does GooTool say something? Like an error or warning?

yes it does it says:

I have the exact same error. Does anybody have a solution?
I've reported this exact error in "Gootool suggestions and bug reports" since 3rd Dec with no response other than another user reporting the exact same problem.
