Maybe he means a goo dispenser that can act as a regular gooball as well... so as you build with it it multiplies every time... also many people already knew you could edit other people's levels gooey goo.

and oh yea I'm not using goo dispenser thing i just make it a mom so when it touch
a ball buster geometry it will pop the same size and the same goo
but there is some problem its forbidden to set the baby goo to the same mom
so i had to make like: goo1 produce goo2 produce goo3 produce goo4 and more

so its not forever multiplying

and i tell you one more thing
level editor only read an existing level in World of goo level folder
so all you have to do is change goomod level into zip. file than
copy and paste it in World of goo level folder than open level editor and
than click edit existing level button and you will see that level you
copy

???... I don't have to unzip it... The level editor automatically loads any goomods I have installed into the editor for optional editing... Hmmm... oh, well.

Hmm... that mom pop thing is a problem... But I wonder if my goo dispenser thing would work?....
