If you get the cheater badge it won't delete ALL of your badges it will only delete the ones that are related to World of Goo achievements.

It's understandable that you wanted to get the cheater badge because you didn't know that it would delete your other badges. The only way to get rid of your cheater badge and get your other badges back is to contact a moderator.
