Changing colors?

Some stuff in WoG when I was using gootool changes color, like in "Cog in the machine", The letter's that said "Cog in the machine" on the level map were blue. Other stuff has happened like this with other people as far as I know, but I'm wondering what's wrong with the thing?
P.S. When This happened (CitM),I was using Infinitive Windows Freezer, GooCorp Pepsi Balls, Sandbox, Towersome mode, Sea of pain, Tower of goo 2.0, Challenge #8, and Tower of goo Limited. Was there anything like this wrong before?
when i add to my gootool list dealf-mod and grotto balls it chances blue a bilion balls not only 6
and i dont think its a problem iust a bug

If you mean me, then no, it didn't. It was the modded version. I wonder if blue cog in the machine was supposed to happen...

I think the problem maybe be certain mods/levels like Farlands, cause I have a new Cog in the machine title replacing the old one maybe when I put it in there. Or maybe it is something else...
