Until then, go to Third wheel, copy the water (Ctrl+C) that's at the bottom of the level, and then paste (Ctrl+V) into your level. If you don't want people to see in the water, set "Color" attribute to 0,0,0,0. It is labled "goop", if you can't find it.

Then just resize the yellow box that appeared.

Oh, like a geometry or like Goo?

1. Click the "Add Linear Force Field" button on the left. It looks like an arrow.
2. Grab the little orange line and drag it straight up. If stuff sinks you didn't make it long enough.
3. Sat some properties: water="true", color="0,0,0,0", and type="force".
4. Resize the yellow box to however big you want it.

You have water!
