As goomatz and I have been discussing, rotating wheels can trigger a bug in the game: a chain of goo seems to be come insubstantial and flies around the screen chaotically. We don't know exactly what triggers it, but to reproduce it, increase the rotspeed of the wheels in ImmigrationNaturalizationUnit to 1 or higher. The chain will go flying and explode on the Freedom Scraper.
