If you don't know how to do that, you should probably take good a look at the WooGLE documentation.

or, a short version is to follow these steps:

1. click on the picture of a image in a folder, or "import images."
2.select the image under your wog folder, then under res, then under levels.
3. on the left is a sunny image, or "add image (scene layer)." click on it.
4. you should get a red box. click on it, and on the right there should be a thing that says "image."
5.type any letter and it should open a drop box which displays the names of various imported images.
6. press enter after selecting.

Voila! re-size or move the image how ever you want. don't forget to add "geometry" (the squares and circles at the left, which your goos can stand on. images with no geometry goos will fall through.)

Well yeah, but my point was that if you don't even know how to add an image, you should read the documentation if you want to make a whole level.
