When i play a level, ugly sometimes flying by itself. Is there is any solving here?

Post a screenshot of the entire level in WOG Editor, and I'll try to help you find out why that is happening.

I don't know if this would fix the problem, but try moving the ugly a tiny bit so that it's not touching the geometry or image in WOG Editor

You didn't have to move it that far! I just meant a teeny tiny bit so that it isn't touching the geometry.

Make sure the gravity has antigrav set to false.
I made goomods.
I'm sorry that my suggestion didn't work. SlipKnot and gooey goo's suggestions would probably work since they have a lot of experience in WOG Editor.
