I'm not too knowledgeable in the whole achievements or scoreboards thing of WoG, but there is a patch for World Of Goo which you should download and might fix your problem. You can get it here.

If you're talking about uploading your profile or towers to GooFans, then that's a different story. It's not integrated in World Of Goo itself, but in GooTool. But tell me if you don't know that, because I'm not going to explain it all if you already do.
