Great job! I like this mod.

Here's how you get rid of the eyes:
Decrypt the balls.xml.bin file (in your World of Goo directory/res/balls/common) with GooTool (Advanced menu->Decrypt .bin file) and open it with a text editor, like Notepad. There will be a portion of the file that will look like this:
Delete this from the file and add the balls.xml to your addin, in a folder in /compile/res/balls/common
This should take care of the problem!
Also, go into your addin in override/res/balls/ and delete the Thumbs.db file that's in there. It may cause problems for some people.
Hope this helps! Programming xml is zillions of times easier than some high-level programming language. It just looks confusing.

Editing XML is not programming, but yeah.

Well it is and it isn't. In this case it is sort of.

XML is 'a general-purpose specification for creating custom markup languages', or
'a flexible text format for creating structured computer documents' or
'a standard format for representing information, especially for transmission over the WWW'
- all the same. In other worlds it's not programing, it can't calculate 2*2

Technically, yes. A lot of laymen consider XML and HTML and such to be programming, however. That's what I meant.
FloatingFish88: There's also two whitish dots on your goos (That Kyle and Ron added to the attatched goos to make them look more shiny and realistic) that look distracting on non-round Goo Balls like yours. Here's the XML "code" you can take out for them:
This would make your Mario guys look yet more realistic.

Actually, the best way to do this would be to write an XSL merge file that does nothing except delete those four parts (that way we can be sure the addin doesn't change anything important on the ball, or interfere with future updates).
I know that's a little tricky, so I've done it for you and uploaded it as version 1.1 - so please download this and use it if you make any future versions!

Okay, hardly understood any of that. But thank you all, and I will be sure to take as many computer courses as I can in high school next year.

"HTML For Dummies" has a bit about XML also. It really looks more complicated than it is. Kyle and Ron set it up to be really understandable.

Version 2.0 is pretty sweet! Good job!
You might also want to consider changing the "splat1" and "splat2" images to lighter green color, like the strands. It looks great already though!
