This is my 2nd level. The pipe is at the top of the level and to get to it you have to go around the windmill. OCD is 45 moves. Have fun

Its a good level but you do realize no building is required right?
I got 42 balls, more is certainly possible.

Wait a minute, MOMO. Do you mean that the ground is not sticky? I can make 0.2 mode with my sister so you will need to make the buildings. Ehh, I'm not on my laptop so I can't change anything now.

Cool level got 53. More balls are possible but the balloons let the structure fly away from the pipe
