Looks interesting! Testing now.
EDIT: Okay, it's showing a title screen with some balls moving up and down, then crashing. Request Publish again when you fix this.
Another Planet finally has an official release! Download chapters 1 through 3 here! Thank you for waiting so long while I kept starting over.

Well since this is an entire game I can't really test it like an addin, and I have my own opinion on how good or bad it is. However here are the main issues I think that I think need to be addressed.
First of all, there's no way for people to know that you should press Enter to start. In fact, there's no indication of much in the game, all the instructions are in the description here on the website. You should say that you need to press Enter, need to use WASD, all within the game, or at the very least in a Read Me that comes with the game.
Secondly, the little instruction that you do have in the first level of the game is Russian. You should probably either make the game in English, as most people will understand that, or make multiple translations for it.
Thirdly, the buttons are a bit hard to press. You actually need to press on the text or box outline, anywhere else within the box doesn't react.
Fourthly, the lines are a bit difficult to walk on. Even if I do my best to make a straight line, I can rarely walk on it without having to jump.
All other complaints that I would have are aesthetic and just my opinion, which I can't really count as reasons not to publish this. Also I understand that as this is made in Game Maker it isn't really professional quality, which I respect.
In general though I think it's a pretty cool concept that could a very good game if executed properly. If you can fix the problems mentioned above, or at the very least the first two, I wouldn't mind publishing it. Maybe if more people could comment on the game you can improve it bit by bit.

Where to begin?
First off, the controls. There's no acceleration or deceleration of the main character, so you end up fighting the controls to do something so basic as move around.
Secondly, the "painting" mechanic. If you move the mouse too fast (which you'll be doing if you're trying to run away from some giant Ugly rolling at you, for example), you'll end up creating a path with holes you can't walk on. And in some levels, with absolutely no indication why, this path will turn purple from underneath you and you'll fall to your doom. If you create a slope too steep, you can't jump up it, and if you "paint" overtop of yourself, you'll get stuck with no way out.
That's what immediately comes to my mind. But as puggsoy said, it is a good concept.
In any case, published.
