Can't Change to a Different Profile Picture!

A couple hours ago I uploaded a profile picture (a donut) but then I found a much better picture for me but when I deleted the donut and then tried to upload the better one it went back to the donut! I perservered but to no avail, it's either donut or nothing! Does anybody know anything to solve this? Thanks!
P.S. I didn't really like the donut anyway so that's why I have no profile Picture.

Try to refresh your cache. in firefox, hold shift and press refresh.

That doesn't work either! It just goes to the stupid donut!

It is an issue with your browser's cache; you may have to dig around in your browser's settings for a while, but you should be able to find an option labeled "clear cache" or such. Or you can just upload the new picture and ignore it, and it'll show up correctly for you whenever your browser refreshes its cache; could be a few days or so.

In Chrome, Ctrl+R clears the cache.
I used to have both browsers, but eventually I uninstalled Firefox out of lack of use.
