warnings in the forum

whenever i post a thread at the top it says "warning: Creating default object from empty value in /www/htdocs/goofans-live/www/modules/forum/forum.module on line 219."
What browser are you using? Have you tried using different browsers to see if it fixes it?
Edit: Okay this could be a site problem. Just checked with 5 browsers and they all have the same warning. Drupal bug maybe?

Simillar warning will appear while trying to add screenshots and videos to an addin page.
