How do I get rid of the billboards.goomod file?

Everytime I delete this addin from my GooTool directory, it keeps coming back. How do I get rid of this addin permanently? I DON'T NEED IT AT ALL!

Go into Options in GooTool, and check the "Disable new billboards in WoGC" checkbox.
