I didn't try too hard on this; its primarily just to showcase a quicker way of waking the Pilots. I'm sure it can improved on by a few seconds.
The way you see it done in the vid is exactly what I was intending to do - fling one up lightly to the side for the second to bounce off. Obviously its a very tricky thing to do, thats why I'm leaving it up to someone else to get the perfect score; I'm just happy to of had a record on the level.
There's also another way of waking them thats even simpler, but not as reliable, and thats by flinging one up from the bottom corner of the block so it just misses the gear and gets within waking distance.

All those countless hours me trying to beat the record and now this pops up. I'll try this method.

Yesterday I got Water Lock 13 seconds accidentally, but I didn't make a video of this record. Then I tried to get it again and made a video, at the beginning I only got 14 seconds for many times, but finally I got 13 seconds again just now and made a video. The video may be announced in a few days.

However, because of my carelessness, I didn't get the screenshot of The Third Wheel OCD 21 seconds, and the video of The Third Wheel OCD 21 seconds stopped before I clicked the continue that was in EOL, but you will still see that the time is 21 seconds.
