About Changing Goofans Theme

I got idea to change the goofans environment to something new. Like using Cog in The Machine theme in goofans!. Because I feel that someone can feel bored with same environment everytime.

We tried that a while ago. Xanax and David made a few but never implemented them.

I think you can make some different themes and we can choose our favourites.
It seems that Drupal doesn't support this function without modules.
