I can hear Goo but the screen goes blue once I click on the tab, do I need to change the resolution settings to see the game

What do you mean, "tab"? Can you please be more descriptive with your problem, then it'll be easier to fix.

Once I run Goo my screen goes blue, there no output to my monitor. When I press "alt" + "tab" my desktop returns. I can hear goo running in the backround. My system is a 64 bit windows system.
Maybe a lower FPS?
BTW, are you running a normal Windows version (32-bit) or a 64-bit port of Goo?
