Cool level!
Possibly the first thing I thought of when I saw the Pokey goo balls was forming some sort of thing that climbs walls. You achieved the idea here, and made it a difficult level, also. Great job!

The basic idea for OCD is to break off the attached water goo.
I think there is a video how to on youtube but I can't find it right now.
