I'm not going to hold your hand the entire way for every level. What I can tell you is "Be Creative!" (See this thread: http://goofans.com/forum/world-of-goo/mods-and-hacks/2667). I can't tell you HOW to be creative, and I can't give you ideas every time. But I will say this: How about you play similar levels (either on this site, or the original levels) and see if you think of anything? How about navigating spikes like in Kopa's level "Little Path"(http://goofans.com/download/level/little-path)? How about flying back and forth to pick up Goo Balls like in "Fly Away Little Ones"? How about navigating around deadly gears like in my level "Escape from Shuttle Alpha"(http://goofans.com/download/level/escape-shuttle-alpha)? Only you can tell me what your level is about and what ideas you have for it.
I'll be blunt: I don't necessarily WANT you to improve the level. I don't care if you improve your level or not. If you don't improve it, I'll just delete it. If you improve it, I'll publish it for everyone to enjoy. This being said, I would rather you improve it then not. I like new levels. But only if they're fun and challenging. And if I'm sitting around thinking of ideas for levels, I generally tend to think of extremely complex ideas that are difficult for anyone but experienced modders to implement. I just thought of one now that is quite complicated. I doubt you want those kinds of ideas. And even if you did, I'd probably just create and upload the level myself.
So in summary: think of your own ideas. I'm sure you have an awesome sense of creativity, just use it. And ask me if you have any questions.
