When i acces the chat trough Mibbit.com,there's nobody online,please help me,chating is one of my hobbies.Xat.com chat uses chat boxes that can be posted in any page,only banned people can't chat!

Here's an idea. Try another EFnet server. It worked for me. Go to their website, and find a server near you. Then plug the server's address in and join the World of Goo channel. Ask if you need some detailed instructions.

Have you tried using a real IRC client? If not, you might want to give mIRC a shot.
After installing, connect to EFnet (irc.efnet.org) and join the channel #world-of-goo.
Don't know if that works, but if it doesn't, maybe you get a more detailed error description.
