There must be something wrong with your map level. Or you have a level which you already have played depending on a level which you haven't played before. Try another profile in World of Goo. One you're shure you haven't played any of the levels in your chapter with.

Edit: or a level you've not played yet without a button to start the level.

Yes. Please remove my adress from your post so spambots can't recognise it as an e-mail adress.

The button for the third level is missing.

Ohh! of course!!! I changed it inside the editor, but forgot to export. As the email said, contains silly mistakes. Sorry.

No problem. One thing the macosx folder doesn't belong in there.
Edit: In your xsl you call the map "RDChapter1", but in your compile folder I can only find"RDChater1". Change it in your island2.xsl to "RDChater1"

Oh THERE it is!!!! I shall now change the map name to RDChapter1

It's easier to change it in the island2.xsl. Or use WooGLE to clone it and call it RDChapter1 so yo don't need to change all the resources as well.

Well i changed it, and it still crashes
if you would like to see it again, i posted it in the unpublished "errors" page - a page which has my goomods that failed and require help.

Well, as long it isn't published I can't acces the page.
What exactly have you changed?

Joined: 03/13/2012

Well.... I changed the the .xsl part to

<xsl:attribute name="map">RDChater1</xsl:attribute>

Sorry I'm running out of time and need to leave now. I will have another look at later. For now I can say it's full of little typos e.g. in island2.xsl it's

<level id="RDLevel1" name="LEVEL_NAME_RDLevel1" text="LEVEL_TEXT_RDLevel1" />
and in text.xml it's
<string id="LEVEL_NAME_RDLEVEL1" text="The falling Head"/>
<string id="LEVEL_TEXT_RDLEVEL1" text="A deja vu"/>

and the folder of the map level is called RDChapter1 not RDChater1.
Doublecheck everything till you're 100% sure everything is called the same everywhere.

Ummm....I only d=found the one you showed me. But is there a lot of them?

If that was all it's good.

Finally I found the error.
The levelbutton ids are wrong they are ment to be "lb_levelid" e.g. "lb_RDLevel1" not just Level1.
The buttons are also missing the onmouseexit command (hs_RDLevel1) I think it's not needed but it's nicer with the right command.

Though the levels seem to be defective. The first two are only showing the balls and fire and the third is crashing while loading.
Why do you want to make a chapter of levels which are already published with another addin of yours anyway?

It is just a test. Besides it looks better in a chapter Laughing out loud

Oh, almost forgot, the buttons are hidden behind black beams.
Yes I got it running. Smile

Urghh...What black beams...? Oh and - i found another error. The chapter did not seem to HAVE the third level button. At all.

The balck beams on top and ground of the chapter making it 16:9.
Well, in the goomod you've sent me there was a levelbutton for the third level. I think the onmouseenter command of the first levelbutton was wrong as well. I'll send you a fixed goomod.

Oh! thank you! Well... the blackness of the levels... i do not know what that is...Maybe...In the override folder... i should add the images....But i do not know how to get rid of these beams...Now i know what you are talking about Laughing out loud

I don't think you can remove them, all chapters have those two black beams. You can expand the scenebounds or zoom out a bit.
Just use the copies of the already published levels and delete the defective ones.

Hmm....These ARE the copies. The ones that are posted....
