2. It may be. I put on my I'm-a-big-jerk face when I'm walloftexting, and a lot of times I can be sort of grating when I'm busy trying to think about everything having to do with a topic, so I feel like I know everything there is to know about the topic. 2. Yeah, I think what we want is people testing around and trying rather than being scared of new mod options. There is no risk in people trying things out, I think we all sort of started through trial and error, and to me, no failure is worth nothing. I might tweak it if I find the time.

1. puggsoy's example chapter wasn't really a tutorial, more like a sample. I based mine off his, and said so.
2. A very good point. That's how I learned about goomodding as well. I guess my concern is that some people get frustrated when the smallest of errors pop up, rather than trying again. And they can't accurately describe the problem they're having, which is annoying to say the least.
But you're right. This isn't an excuse for me to be overly cynical, and I apologize. The next few weeks of my life are going to be quite hectic, but maybe a rewrite is in order.
