Well, I think that defeats half the point of ad blockers. Some people use them not only so they don't show up, but also so that they don't waste your bandwidth (especially those on dial-up or low-quota broadband).
Personally I don't really care if it downloads the ads or not, but it's a bonus nonetheless. Makes my browsing that tiny bit faster, y'know.
So making a script focus on the object, click it, and go back?
