Hi. I was wondering if there was any programs that could turn your pictures from 2D to 3D? If so, how?

Blender is an exheedingly complicated program that can do this. It is freeware and has an active forum where you can post questions about it.
GIMP has a "Map Object" capability to place a picture over a sphere or cube that also works well.
Do you mean make your pictures LOOK 3D when they are still 2D? Adding some shading on one side of the picture will help.

I don't think that's really possible. Great amounts of information gets lost when a 3D scene is flattened. Maybe you would like to remodel everything from a picture and place it into a 3D environment? Show us your source picture.

Filters menu->Map->Map Object (I think). The default object is a plane (no fun.) However, you can change this to sphere, cube, etc., change the orientation, change the material, etc. For basic purposes, most of the defaults are fine.
Also check out Filters->Render->Spinning globe. It doesn't have as many features and doesn't look quite as good, but it is still the same basic idea.

I think there's something like this available in the drawing program included in Game Maker...
(yoyogames.com) for the download, I'm not completely sure though.
