In this level, you have to think like a goo ball. Think like a goo ball. Think like a goo ball. Avoid using frozen Ivy balls, because they are undetachable. You can use the Ivy ball to warm up the Frozen Abartic ball, oh yes! The Abartic ball burns for 29 seconds, so OCD might be hard... (OCD 2 minutes)

Let's just say I was incredibly surprised to hear the "Ducky Momo" song start playing when that bomb ignited.
But unfortunately, that song is copyrighted, so we can't have it up on this site. I'm really sorry; it was an epic touch to a nice level, but could you find some non-copyrighted song (and unfortunately less epic) song to use in its place?

The song was created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff Marsh, and as such, it is their intellectual copyright. Any song, book, show, or other work of art is specifically copyrighted unless explicitly stated otherwise. And I have never seen anything that would imply otherwise. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright , specifically the line "In most jurisdictions copyright arises upon fixation and does not need to be registered."

By the way, if you're entering this in RedTheGreen's challenge, you'll need to follow his guidelines, specifically rule 3: "To participate, upload your level to Goofans before July 22, 2011. Have "LCC1" somewhere in the description. (without quotes)"

No, unfortunately. Unless you make a PARODY, which would fall under "fair use", but that would be something like having the same tune and different words.

That's because MOM4Evr deleted the copywrited music, but the ball still wants to play this song. It's playable if you open the "AbarticBomb" ball with WooBLE and delete the sound for the ignite event, click save. Then you can play the level.
edit: Or you copy an .ogg file into res/balls/AbarticBomb and rename it to "PhineasandFerb-DuckyMomoTheme.ogg"

Oh, stink. It works fine on Linux. That's odd. Sorry, I'll fix it later (bedtime now for me).
EDIT: Ok, done. Strange that the Linux version only gives a warning for a missing resource, while the Windows version crashes. Anyhoo, it should work now. If it doesn't, tell me what else I did wrong.
