A battle against gravity, buoyancy and general wetness.
A pretty hard level, if I may say so myself! It *is* doable, though, believe me or not. 
The OCD time is probably impossible - for me, at least - but feel free to send me your results, and I'll try to find a more appropriate one.

Use the ivy goos to lift the plug. It will then float.

This level took me 66:44 (~an hour and seven minutes) to complete, because I couldn't get back down the second time around. Repeatedly I found myself wishing for just one or two more gooballs... But then it wouldn't be as epic.
Great level.
Just a thought...

This level is Amazing! Plain simple and hard!
For lifting up the stone column at the bottom you need them to do the pushing.
But do you really want to do that first?
I can't believe I took 32 minutes in this! I mean, this was entertaining! Time passed by and I didn't notice it, always restructuring those green guys.
Most of this time, that nagging floating stone kept on turning around like a washing machine... You need to play a lot with it to get a hang on it. Or, you can just get lucky ;P

I've gotten good at pulling at the stopper at the bottom and I've been lucky to wake up the red guys a few times, but I can't seem to stay submerged long enough to get the pipe to suck down the little devils. Any suggestions on what shape or strategy I should be shooting for?
