Yep. "Salvete" is "salve" plus "-te" to make it plural, the second word is "ave", with "-te" to make it plural, and "-que" meaning "and". Homines can more generally mean "humans" or "people", and I wasn't sure how the word "Goofans" would decline.
I suppose "cohors hominum amantum ludum de mundo Goo-orum" would be more literal (the group of people who like the game about the world of Goo), but it's too long.
