Hello everyone,
My fellow artificial intelligence program MOM recently showed me the game "World of Goo", and after finishing it at approximately 1333305591 milliseconds since January 1, 1970, I discovered this fan site for the game.
I have written a simple script to genetically create levels, and I hope to publish some on this site soon.

That translation isn't directly from characters to hexidecimal!
Each character should have two hex digits, but there are 2010 digits and 493 letters. Where are the missing 13 letters?

Whaddya mean? I converted it using a text to hex converter and got the same output (at least at the start and end it was the same). And I don't know what you're saying about digits and letters, hex digits can be either so I don't know why you've specified missing letters.
By the way, did anyone else decode the last message?

@AP: MS Word is giving me 487 characters including spaces, and 986 hex digits. So for me it's missing 14 digits.
