You can download it here and use it by double-clicking on the Index.htm. 
Using Visual Studio 2010, JQuery, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3.
It runs well in the following browsers:
Firefox 14.0.1
Chrome 22.0.1215.0
Internet Explorer 10.0.8400.0
And maybe other browsers I haven't tested.
It runs not so well in the old versions of Internet Explorer. Enjoy. 
What's new:
- Add spinning flares.
- Add splash screen.
- Tried to improve the font. (but failed
) - Add blinking cursor.
- Add text bar mouse over images.
EDIT: Nothing changed. Just move it to another site. It works fine now. Enjoy.

I thought I should test this with a few other browsers.
Safari on iOS is the only one I've found not to work.
