In computing terms, a "bug" more or less means something in a file or program's code that causes a program to act otherwise than expected. So basically, if there's a bug in your pers2.dat file, then that's probably what's causing the problems with your profile.

I'll look at the profile data later when I have the time and see if I can see anything, but don't get your hopes too high- I'm not positive what I'm looking for.

EDIT: Ok, just reread the whole thread, and it sounds more like GooTool is still only recognizing your old profile, and not finding the new one. A few questions:
1) Did you delete the one profile like Pavke suggested earlier?
2) Did you install the V 1.3 patch? Are you sure that worked? What folder did you install it to? Where is your "real" WOG installation folder? (if you have a desktop shortcut to WOG, right-click and choose "Open File Location". Post the full path to this folder here.)
3) Where did you get World of Goo from in the first place?
4) Can you see other people's clouds in World of Goo Corp? Look at the grey sign to the right, what does it say?
5) Did you ever play World of Goo from the demo? (if so, my guess is you only got to EconomicDivide).
6) Just to make sure we're on the same page: You can play World of Goo fine, right? And all your profiles and towers stay up to date as you play (you don't have to keep redoing the same levels in WOG over and over again, right?)?
7) Be sure and double-check that GooTool is looking at where your most recent profile is. Go to the Options tab and tell us what the path is in the "profile" text box.

2) Strange beans. Windows 7 should come with DirectX 11... And I think WOG was developed compatible with DirectX 10, so shouldn't be an issue anyhow...

Ok, here's another test. Go to where your profile is, and rename it. (something like pers1.dat or similar). Now go to World of Goo and check. Are your profiles still there inside the game? If they're still there, GooTool is definitely looking in the wrong place. (Rename it back to pers2.dat after you've checked, so you can still use the profile)
Well, changing the name of the profile was useful, because I don't know why I can publish it now and why do I have three profiles again, but now, my profile only has all the levels until RegurgitationPumpingStation. My sister's profile is empty and my brother's one has all the level until BeautyAndTheTentacle, and I don't know why, because I have done ALL the level and I even made OCD in every single level until BulletinBoardSystem. Ah, and also I can't change the shape or size of my tower, go to my user's profile and check the 'Anakin' and 'Invitado' profiles, and you'll see what I'm talking about.

P.S. The DirectX11 came with my computer, but it has missing .dll files missing, do I have to reinstall it or what do I do?
Is anybody there? I completed the WHOLE game again with OCD in the first three chapters once again and increaced the size of my tower, but GooTool still does nothing with my progress and my tower, but with the 'Anakin' profile, what do I do?
I tried to do it manually but a text appeared: "Unable to upload profile Anakin: Please enable online play within the game first, or use GooTool's Advanced menu option to create an online ID".
I'll try with GooTool.

This profile is fine. I didn't try to upload it, but since this is a profile with very few levels completed anyhow, it isn't the main one that World of Goo is running off of. GooTool must be recognizing this one as your main profile, while it isn't. Is this the profile that GooTool has in it's Options tab->Profile field? Because it's most definitely not the one you're playing off of. If so, rename it so GooTool will autosearch again. Then, if you still can't upload, email me the next profile that GooTool thinks is yours, and I'll take a look at it. If we repeat the process enough times, we might eventually get it all worked out.

That's cause all 3 are in the same file, which is the wrong file. Go to the folder that's pointed out in the Options tab->Profile field and rename that file. Then reboot GooTool and see if it has the correct stats for your three profiles. If not, repeat until the stats are correct (i.e. same in World of Goo as in GooTool). Then try uploading. If you can't upload, send me the final correct profile and I'll look over it.
