Basically, you'll have to install it, then open WooGLE on your custom World of Goo directory, and you'll be able to add Goo Balls of these types into your levels.
Assuming you've already installed it with GooTool, just use them like any custom Gooball.
To do that (if you don't know already), make a Gooball as you would normally, then in the type field enter the name of the Gooball you want to use. Keep in mind that Gooball names are case sensitive.

But yeah, read the description, it just adds some goos into your res folder.
