Download the Dynamite Fuses, Pumpkin Ivies, or Godly Commons. Replace the images with your own. And upload.

Seriously, editing them with gooble is the hard way. Download a mod that replaces balls' graphics, rename it from .goomod to .zip, replace the graphics, rename the mod and stuff in addin.xml, done. Upload. I'm not even sure if gooble supports making goomods flat-out.

GooBLE does, but not as themes. Only as AP-Goo-Ball-Library-type mods.

No, not really. As qwsx said, GIMP is good for editing .png images, but you can rename .goomod files to .zip easily just using Windows. All you have to do is turn the file extensions to viewable:
Tools menu (if using Vista or 7, press Alt to show this)->Folder options->View tab->uncheck "Hide extensions for known file types". After this is set, you can rename a .goomod to .zip (ignoring the warning message) and unzip it, poke around, change stuff, etc. Be sure to edit addin.xml while you're there to have all the info you want (you'll need to change the id, name, description, and version fields to suit your needs). After you have replaced all the images with your own (the naming scheme on the folders within a .goomod is pretty self-explanatory), zip it all back (be sure to select the override folder and addin.xml and zip that, don't zip the folder that everything's in), rename the .zip to a .goomod, test it to make sure it works, and you're done.

i know this is way off topic but the other day i neally ran over a snake with my bike i think it was a king brown snake it remined me of pokemon whenyou run into some grass and run around in the grass for a while and you find a pokemon this one reminded me of the snake pokemon ekans....
if only pokemon were real.....

on one of the brushes should be able to select the type of brush
in one of the brushes is a color change brush
it works like a normal brush but it changes the colors to
match the color you have chosen

nope i don't think so
but you can make just a color and make it over the image and just fade it a bit.

first of all i did what it said and then edited the body by deleting it and replacing it with a pokey body i did this with all parts
and then it happened
i played wog
and it made it crash all the time
don't worry i fixed it
by reinstalling wog
and goo-tool.
