In the "Downloads" tab, there's a link that says "Upload a new file".

Once you've filled everything in, click Save at the very bottom of the page.
When you've done that, you should see your unpublished page. Then, to upload the actual goomod, click on the Downloads tab near the bottom and click "Upload a new file".

After you've uploaded your goomod you can then request the addin to be published.

Moderators have to test addins before publishing. Daft as Brush used to do most of this, but since he's gone, it's been a lot of work for the new moderators (James and Mom).

Once he tests it, he'll approve it (it will appear on the site and you'll get an email) or disapprove it (he will comment and you'll get an email). If he rejects it, it's usually because of a bug. Fix the level (he will help) and it will be published.

I'm also on limited-bandwidth internet here, so I'm currently not able to download, test, and publish levels. So nag James and Pavke.

i can test levels as soon as i get steam again. then i can post on it.

Kirdneh, nope. You aren't a mod. You can't access those levels. You'll get an error like "Forbidden"
