I'm not exactly sure about those plugins myself. I personally just use Mojang's server software available on the Minecraft download page. If you're running Windows, it's as simple as double-clicking a file.

Well, I absolutely **HATE** vanilla, even in singleplayer (so I always come equipped with SPC and TMI, they tend to update fast) so I'd like Bukkit better. But there are so many plugins with commands like /tp and /warp I can't find the one Goofans uses (or do the Goofans versions come built-in?) Also, can you help me decide on a chest-shop plugin to use? (And WHAT THE HECK IS iConomy?)

/tp is part of Mojang's software..

And yes, Bukkit is very useful depending on what your needs are. The only thing is that Bukkit doesn't update fast enough along with Mojang's software.

The main plugin it uses is WorldEdit.
