the closest you can get to wearing is darn, stupid, dumb, and shut up. Those are still insults and can only be aimed at yourself. (i.e. how could i be so stupid to do such and such?)

Same here, I don't swear at all. The closest I get to is "darn". Even "freaking" is extremely rare for me.
