It's not an original or related song in any way, it's the lyrics to "The Story of Alice" from 1957. I'm for banning him.

I decided to delete the forum topic rather than banning the user. If he/she/it posts anything else, we can gauge whether or not it's spam then.
For the time being, it looks to me more like a troll than spam, or a spambot who forgot to link to anything. The user is still there if anyone particularly feels like banning it.
