I'm not sure but I think making all these hard things is over your target level! You are taking too much responsibility to yourself! Just copy and paste my image on your desktop and I'm sure you can do THAT. Only before you do that I need to warn you about some things:

1) You can use my image in any way you want except for putting it as your image on goofans (I think that is why you wanted the picture but sorry I can't let you do that).
2) If you don't have a paint.NET then the best way is to rename the pictures identification for the paint's identification. If you don't know how then download paint.NET but ask others where to download it cause I think I won't be able to tell you where.
