Yep. I think technically in the scientific community now, calories and Calories technically mean the same thing, and they use "kilocalories" instead of Calories, but Nutrition Facts still gets it wrong. It's hard to change tradition, no matter how stupid it is.

do you know how the main letters, e, i, o, t, and r are at the top row of your keyboard? well, keyboards used to have them on the middle row but typers would type so fast on the type writers they would break. at the invention of the keyboard, it hasn't changed.
I personally like the hot type machine setup, which starts with ETAOINSHRDLUC... and continues in order of frequency of use. But I've had more experience with QWERTY, so I'm faster at it.
