That second balloon is pulling back too strong, so if it was attached it would just snap off and fly upwards. Also, it wouldn't reach that far down, there's a limit on how far they can be moved, depending on the strength of it.
It's almost the same strategy Peter B used. The only difference is that I get the ballons under the Blockhead before I make the super fast clicking thing and I'm not doing it in the moiddle.

The part, where everything drops and you got 3 free balls, was luck, right?
40 balls was very easy doing it my way. 41 should be easy as long as you're left with a triangle and you catch one, and you can juggle a bit.
Getting the 3 free balls was luck, it took a lot of tries to get, but not 12 hours.

I have experimented with it before and broke the chains off. I might have a go if no one else does, getting 42 is already difficult enough to do.
I almost got 40 balls at burning man, but at the end I failed and lost one Ball.

Yes, it does work with Ivy, but its harder to do. It also works on BombSticky.
I think it works on anything thats detachable really.

It is the same glitch, but up until recently I hadn't thought it possible to do without autoclicker, but clearly it is.
Just had a quick go with Drained, not managed it yet. But if it is, It would be illigal to use, just like with the shaking bug.
