I want to upload my level I created on "World of Goo Level Editor" but I do not know how. How?

Welcome to goofans
Mouse over "World of Goo Addins" and click "Upload an Addin". Fill in all information and click safe. Once you've created the download page click on the Downloads tab and click "upload new file".
By the way, questions like this has been asked and answered many times before. If you have more questions, try to search them with the search bar in the rigth before opening a new topic.

Open your level with the editor and click create goomod. The button looks like three attached gooballs.
The goomod will be saved in your level folder.

Did you make the level correctly? with no errors?
i think i know why:
where it says upload, that is for pictures. after you make the page, click on "dowloads" and then upload the goomod.

It may be that you dunno where your addin saves - save it on your desctop it's the best way
