Water is static, but there is a way to do it. You would need to do this:
- Make some water extending WAY past the bottom of the level, put the "ground" line at the bottom of this
- Set up all your world geometry so it slowly sinks, using GEOMONLY force fields and a SLIDER
- Put a special anchor at the bottom of the geometry, make it scroll the screen
- Rising water!
