"World of Goo Level Editor (aka WooGLE) is a level editor for the great puzzle game World of Goo. With WooGLE you can create new levels or tweak existing ones. It also integrates with World of Goo, allowing you to test the level you are editing by a simple button click."

Aiming to improve on his fine work, and rewrite bits that aren't quite so fine.

when it i open it it says: File "D:/World of Goo.app/Contents/Resources/game/properties/fx.xml.bin" does not exist. You likely provided an incorrect World of Goo directory. can you tell me the instructions by the way i have a mac

"World of Goo.app" already indicates you have a mac.
Try re-downloading the program.

You've been on the site for less than a day and you already have made a level? Good job!
In WooGLE, there's a little button on the top of the screen that looks like a triangle of Goo Balls. That's the "Create GooMod" button. When you press it, it turns your level into a GooMod file which you can install with GooTool. Then go to GooFans and click "World of Goo Addins > Upload a Level". The rest is pretty self-explanatory.

Try to move your World of Goo directory to a ENGLISH-ONLY path. Like the root. And retry.

So you can delete the images and sounds and stuff and add your own. An island is basically just a level.

Only quite a bit more complicated. You'll have to have a really good grasp of XML, and know XSL well, also. There's quite a lot of work and debugging involved. I'd recommend sticking to levels, or make levelpacks if more than one level you make is related. I have some ideas about motor:
1. Motor can be shown in the level view as an arrow around the center of geometry object.
2. The most important use of motor is rotating light geometry with a huge force (like in my level "Transporting Machine"). 2D boy's idea (described at Developer's Guide) about rotating huge mass with small force is not so usefull.

There's a visual-debug (?) motor image in the game files (some spinning arrows), we could use that.

Hello, Nothinggoo! Are you new to the site?
If so, welcome!
To answer your question, yes, it is. If you made them by hand, make sure you compiled them. If you made them with GooBLE, be sure to save.
Then restart WooGLE, so that it looks at the ball list again, and create a ball of some other type (it doesn't matter what) wherever you want the new ball to be. Click on it to bring up the properties on the right, and where it says "type", replace that with your new Goo Ball type.
And voilà!

Why don't you try it out?
Yes, it should work fine in WinXP. Just download the top one (RC3 Full Installation), since this contains a lot more error-checking features and such than the other one.

i was making a level the scene on maxy was 10000 it was fun but before i could create it... images started disipearing and i cliked undo then some thing else dissipeared
and... i didn't even delete a image I AM NOT KIDDING IT HAPPENED PLEASE HELP!!
