Why can't I get pass the Mom's computer level on Ch 4 I complete the level and make it to the sleeping computer but it won't let me pass it just pops up some kind of "ask mom" screen but on the video it show's once you get to the sleeping computer a green type of screen pops up that say's,welcome home or whatvever then you hit ok then boom your able to pass to the last level on ch4 but for whatever reason it will not let me pass and I made sure that all the previous levels on all my previous chapters were complete so what is the deal?????
The "ask mom" screen is actually part of the story, and the level. Once you beat Chapter 4, it changes to the window showing "Welcome Home" for a reason. I can't tell you it without spoiling the game for you, so just go through the level like you were meant to.
I totally don't blame you for getting stuck there. When I got there for the first time, I sat there for minutes on end trying to figure out what in the world I was supposed to do. I even tried plugging in a different keyboard to see if mine was broken.
What you're supposed to do is, after you open the "Ask MOM" screen, click on the box where you see the blinking cursor. You ought to be able to figure it out from there.
As for the videos on YouTube showing a green box, it's because they've played the level before, and if you've played the level before, you just see the green box, rather than the whole "Ask MOM" thing.

When I find the place where the green box animates, At the part when the shoe thing shoots a big laser out of it, The game freezes. Then after a few minutes a dialog box shows up saying:
A problem caused World Of Goo to stop working unexpectedly. Windows will notify you when a solution is available. I press close program. I go back to the game and it keeps making me watch the cutscene and I keep crashing. I need help.

You have yet to complete World of Goo, I see.

The questions change as you choose them, and it's not an infinite dialogue tree, so you'll reach the end of it eventually.
